These terms are governed by French law (Code civil, Code de la consommation) and EU regulations where applicable.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily use Revyme for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Revyme
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
- Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Revyme at any time.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of Revyme, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and current
- Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. User Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through Revyme. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such content.
4.2 Content Guidelines
You agree not to post content that:
- Violates any laws or regulations
- Infringes on intellectual property rights
- Contains malware or harmful code
- Is defamatory, obscene, or offensive
- Impersonates any person or entity
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines.
5. AI-Generated Content
Revyme uses artificial intelligence to help generate and modify website content. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate
- You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content
- We do not guarantee the quality or suitability of AI-generated content
- You should not rely solely on AI-generated content for critical applications
6. Subscription and Payments
6.1 Pricing
Pricing for our services is available on our website and may change at any time. We will provide notice of price changes for existing subscriptions.
6.2 Billing
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- Payment is due at the start of each billing period
- No refunds are provided for partial months or unused services
6.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
6.4 Right of Withdrawal (French/EU Consumers)
For French and EU consumers: Under French law (Code de la consommation, Article L221-18), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal (droit de rétractation) from the date of purchase, except:
- For services already fully performed with your express consent
- For digital content already delivered with your express consent

7. Intellectual Property
The service and its original content (excluding user content), features, and functionality are owned by Revyme and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Third-Party Services
Revyme may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for:
- The content or privacy practices of third-party sites
- Any damages or losses caused by your use of third-party services
- The availability or functionality of third-party services
9. Disclaimers
9.1 Service Availability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- Any particular results from using the service
- The accuracy or reliability of information obtained through the service
9.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revyme shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the service
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
- Any bugs, viruses, or malware transmitted through the service
- Any errors or omissions in content
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Revyme and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

- Your violation of these terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party

Before any legal action, please contact us at hello@revyme.com to attempt friendly resolution. We commit to responding within 30 days.
12.2 Consumer Mediation (French/EU Consumers)
For French consumers: In accordance with Articles L.611-1 and R.614-1 of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), we offer a free consumer mediation service:

12.3 Competent Courts
French consumers: Any dispute may be brought before:
- The competent French court in your place of residence, or
- The competent French court in our registered office location
Professional/Business users: Disputes will be brought before the competent courts of France (Tribunal judiciaire).
US/California users: Nothing in these terms limits your rights under California or US consumer protection laws. You may bring disputes in your local jurisdiction.
12.4 Consumer Protection
Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory consumer protection rights under:
- French law (Code de la consommation)
- EU Consumer Rights Directive
- Any other applicable consumer protection legislation
13. Right to Audit (Enterprise Customers)
Enterprise customers with specific service level agreements may have audit rights as outlined in their separate agreements.
14. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining terms remain in full force and effect.
